Posting Server or Autopost is for Software Developer and it allows programmers to flag Dynamics GP work transactions batch for posting. Batch posting checker is running every few minutes and it looks at batch ready for posting table and if batch is there, it triggers Dynamics GP regular batch posting routine
4. SQL Scripts in ecommerce integrations. We have several scripts collections, one of them is Order Connector, which allows you to deploy scripts to move ecommerce orders or invoices to Dynamics GP SOP Orders and Invoices accordingly. Order connector runs faster in our opinion that eConnect methods, as we are not validating all Dynamics GP business logic and instead give you green light with simple Orders and Invoices

Why do we do post-it notes and what is it?
You’re probably familiar with the 3M little 2×2 or 3×4 yellow post-it notes that you can write notes on and stick them on your computer, window, or whatever at your office. You can maybe tag mark a page. There are all kinds of those things.
There are companies out there that will put on those post-it notes a pre-printed, customized message that you create. They put it on there and you can peel that page off, stick it somewhere, and it’s got your pre-printed message on it.
Post-It Note Message
Obviously that message is going to be, “I buy houses and here are all the benefits of doing business with me. Please call me.”
You can order these things and then use that pre-printed message to target market the exact neighborhoods or areas that you want to market in. You may have a particular area of town that you’ve identified as your primary market. It can be hard to really isolate that part of town.
You can, of course, use newspapers. However, newspapers are going to be the entire town. You’ve got a lot of inefficiencies and a lot of cost associated with a newspaper ad that you’re not going to get a pinpoint accuracy from.
You can do letters. You can do post cards. Post cards are going to be better, because at least you can identify certain zip codes and addresses. Still they’re not going to be quite as accurate as post-it notes.
You can do fliers. Again, fliers are good, but they’re not going to be quite as micro targeted as post-it notes will be. You can do fliers at local stores, restaurants, Laundromats and things like that. Then you’re only going to get a certain amount of people to see the flier.
Use Post-It Notes in Large Numbers
Post-it notes you can put on every single house in a neighborhood. Almost every one of them is going to get read. You can get a very high readership in terms of these post-it notes.
They are easy to get out in terms of large numbers. You can get out 10, 000 to 20,000 of these in a week or so. You can really get your business revved up very quickly. If you pay somebody to go out and distribute these notes, and they go out and do it for a week or 10 days straight, they’re going to get 15,000 or 20,000 of these out.
At the response rate that we’re talking about, that’s going to be a lot of calls. You’re going to get a real deluge of phone calls.

How to Use Post-It Notes to Get Motivated Sellers to Call You in Droves and Give You Deals!
I think many of you have heard me talk about how I love post-it notes. I think it is slam-dunk the best way to get sellers to call you. What you do is you go out and you get preprinted post-it notes done and if you have the outline in front of you, there are two examples there that you can look at.
Two Examples of Post-It Notes
Handwritten Notes: One is handwritten notes and the other says, “Attention homeowner!” so it’s got a very bold headline. It’s got a bunch of text and then at the bottom, it’s got multiple ways to reach out and contact the person.
Preprinted Notes: What you do is you go out and you get preprinted post-it notes, either generally 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 and you have those printed up with your message. Obviously you’re going to have a preprinted message. You’re going to upload it to the site. You work with it and make sure it all fits. They probably will send you a proof that you have to sign before they’ll print. Then you can order them in multiple thousands of post-it notes.
Typically you’re going to order 20,000, 30,000, maybe 50,000 post-it notes. They will be delivered to your home. Now you’ve got 20,000 post-it notes. Obviously putting them out yourself is going to be a huge problem so I’m certainly not recommending that.
Getting Post-It Notes Printed
As far as getting them printed, you can go to Google and just type in “preprinted post-it notes” and many, many different sites will come up and just find one that kind of caters to real estate.
Many of them will have preprinted real estate messages that you can just work with. You might need to maybe change your phone number and a few other things but just go with their preprinted form.
For the most part, they’re probably going to work fine or you could have your own preprinted note and you would just upload it to their site. They would make sure it fits and whatnot and then you would obviously approve it and go. Once you have those delivered, they will typically cost about .02 a post-it note.
Maybe 20,000 post-it notes cost you 0 for the batch with delivery and all that. Once you have them, now how do you get them out to your neighborhood? Again, you have your predetermined target neighborhood, 10,000-15,000 homes in a neighborhood.
You pick a bunch of streets and you’re going to hire kids, or if you have tenants already, typically they’re going to have high school kids that can deliver these things, particularly in the summer. It’s relatively easy to get people to do it. In the winter, it’s a little more challenging.
